Terms of Service - Postomat

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Postomat platform ("Service"), operated by REBDI Sp. z o.o., a company incorporated under Polish law (KRS: 0000658915, NIP: 7393893405), with registered address at ul. Ogrodowa 2, 89-422 Sypniewo, Poland.

By registering for or using Postomat, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

Postomat is a social media management and scheduling platform that allows users to connect their social media accounts, schedule and publish content, and analyze post performance across multiple platforms including Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and others.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Postomat. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you are using the Service for lawful business purposes.

3. Account Registration

3. Rejestracja konta (Tłumaczenie)

You must create an account to use Postomat. You agree to:

Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration
Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with others
Notify us immediately at kontakt@postomat.eu if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Connecting Social Media Accounts

To use Postomat's publishing features, you must connect your social media accounts. By doing so, you:

Authorize Postomat to access, manage, and publish content on your behalf using the APIs of the respective platforms
Confirm that you have the legal right and necessary permissions to manage those accounts
Acknowledge that your use of connected platforms is also governed by their respective terms of service and policies, including Meta, Instagram, X, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Postomat only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and platform policies. You must not use Postomat to publish spam, infringing content, or harmful material.

6. Content Ownership and Responsibility

You retain full ownership of all content you create, upload, or publish through Postomat. You grant REBDI Sp. z o.o. a limited license to store and process your content to provide the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

All technology, design, trademarks, and content comprising the Postomat platform are the property of REBDI Sp. z o.o. or its licensors.

8. Payments and Subscriptions

Certain features require a paid subscription. We offer refunds within 14 days of initial purchase if the Service does not work as described. You may cancel at any time.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms or legal requirements. You may terminate your account at any time.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

13. Use of Cookies
